Pre-Construction & Budgeting

We finalize finish selections, gather trade pricing, build a detailed schedule and handle permitting. Before a shovel hits the ground, you'll see a line-item budget that shows exactly where every dollar goes.

You receive: a transparent budget, a construction schedule and a signed agreement.

Construction & Project Management

Your dedicated project manager coordinates every trade, delivery and inspection, and checks each phase against our quality standards. You'll get weekly progress updates with photos, plus scheduled site walks at key milestones.

You receive: weekly updates, milestone walkthroughs and one point of contact.

Final Walkthrough & Handover

Before we call a home finished, we walk every room with you, complete the punch list and show you how your home's systems work. After move-in, we stay available for warranty support.
